Ophir IR Optics 2024 Catalog
AREAS OF EXPERTISE We design and manufacture a wide range of high-performance LWIR, MWIR and SWIR optical elements and lenses for use in cooled and uncooled cameras. We deliver OEM Build to Spec (BTS), Build to Print (BTP) and Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) products, which include single FOV, multiple FOV and motorized zoom lenses, as well as IR and VIS components. We also produce high power laser optics for 1-micron fiber laser and CO2 laser applications. We specialize in the design and manufacture of: Long-range zoom lenses Designed for various FPA formats, including High Definition XGA and SXGA, our long-range zoom lenses provide a crisp, clean image over full-zoom range, as well as MTF close to the diffraction limit. Providing outstanding detection, recognition and identification (DRI) ranges, these long range zoom lenses are suitable for a wide range of commercial, surveillance, defense and homeland security applications. Lightweight & compact zoom lenses The LightIR™ thermal-imaging zoom lens family includes a wide selection of continuous zoom lenses: uncooled 15-75mm f/1.2; 10-135/16-180/18-225 f/3.6 for cooled 10µm VGA cameras; 18-225 f/4 for cooled 10µm SXGA cameras; and 20-275mm f/5.5 for cooled 15µm VGA cameras. Designed for use in a wide range of reduced SWaP applications, including unmanned aerial systems (UAS), unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), aircraft vision systems, drones, and handheld applications such as thermal imagers (HHTI). The outstanding opto-mechanical design of the LightIR™ product family ensures that these lenses are the smallest, lightest and most compact on the market today, while still achieving the highest levels of IR thermal imaging performance. Low-SWaP, long-range, compact - SWIR & NIR Zoom Lenses A first to market low-Size, Weight, and Power (SWaP), compact lens, for the newly introduced 5μm SXGA, as well as for 10μm SXGA, and 15μm VGA SWIR detectors. Featuring a unique mechanical and optical design, resulting in an all-around smaller and lighter unit. With chromatically correction to support a broader short-wave IR wavelength from 0.7-1.7μm, with minimal distortion operation. Key features include • High MTF performance • Focus maintained through the entire zoom range. • Accurate through-zoom boresight • Compact and lightweight • Rugged design • Folded optics technology • Coating types: high durability, low reflection hard carbon (LRHC), AR coating • Fast FOV change • Compatible with major MWIR & LWIR detectors • Diffraction-limit optical design 8 For latest updates please visit our website: www.ophiropt.com/infrared About Ophir 02-2024
